Beyond Blue - Languages other than English

Download information on managing your mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic in languages other than English.

Beyond Blue has factsheets in 63 different languages on supporting your mental health during the pandemic. They also have video resources on how to find support and talk about mental health in Arabic, Chinese, Punjabi, and Vietnamese. There are also stakeholder engagement resources that include information for organisations to use to share the videos with their communities, key messages, in-language social media content, and fact sheets.

NSW Health

NSW Refugee Health Service
The NSW Refugee Health Service was set up by the NSW Department of Health in 1999 to help meet recently arrived refugees in NSW. They aim to promote the health of people from a refugee background living in NSW by assisting refugees, and the health professionals who work with them. They provide clinical, policy coordination and health promotion activities. Based in Liverpool, the Service has multiple clinics around South West and Western Sydney. https://www.swslhd.health.nsw.gov.au/refugee/   

STARTTS
STARTTS offers counselling and community support services to people who have been affected by torture and trauma. Rapid Antigen Test instructional video 

The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has approved many rapid antigen tests for use in Australia. The Victorian Department of Health developed an instructional video outlining the process of self-administering a rapid antigen test. Look after your mental health, Australia Campaign

Members of the Embrace Project's CALD Mental Health Consumer and Carer Group have developed videos for Mental Health Australia's 'Look after you mental health, Australia' campaign.
